The Keyworth Village Plan aims

  • to ensure that the housing needs of the local community are fully recognised;
  • to preserve and enhance the appearance and character of Keyworth and its surroundings;
  • to encourage well designed, sustainable development that is valued by the local community.
The Village Plan will also incorporate a Village Design Statement and encourage its adoption as a Supplementary Planning Document by Rushcliffe Borough Council.
