Housing & Planning - Key Questions

Here are a few key questions for discussion by the Action Group:

• Is Keyworth overdeveloped?
• Is the Green Belt boundary sacrosanct?

• Does Keyworth need more housing?
• If so, what kind of housing is needed?
• How would we define 'Affordable Housing'?

• Can we identify development that is particularly good or bad? (landmarks & eyesores)

• Does Keyworth have a distinct character? (perhaps more than one in different areas)
• How can we define the character(s)?
• Should the Conservation Area boundary be altered?
  

• How does Keyworth fit into existing plans (local, regional, national)?

• What is the composition of the current population?
• How is that population likely to change in the future?
